This project involves the construction of two new buildings. The Main Building has a span 14,910 GSF featuring a slab-on-grade foundation, a steel superstructure, light gauge framing, and exterior finishes including brick veneer and a stucco system. Notably, the Main Building incorporates storefront glass partition walls to enhance visibility and accessibility. The roof consists of a PVC system equipped with a wet pipe fire suppression system. Notably, the parking lot for the Main Building includes a section of pervious concrete to promote effective stormwater management.
Alongside this, the Drive-Thru Building covers 1,600 GSF and the structure similarly has a slab-on-grade foundation and a steel superstructure, utilizing light gauge framing and brick veneer along with a stucco system. It was also equipped with a pneumatic tube system for efficeint transactions. The roof features a PVC system designed to mimic a standing seam profile, complemented by insulated metal panels.
The project also incorporated landscaping to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the exterior spaces and included a new community walking path to increase accessibility and promote outdoor activity.
