This project involved a comprehensive transformation of the existing building, starting with the careful demolition of interior and structural elements. As work progressed, we identified that the roofing system required significant improvement, leading to its complete removal and replacement with a robust new structure.
The interior renovation included the creation of multiple offices featuring storefront partitions, as well as a custom waiting area adorned with suspended millwork, providing a stylish and inviting atmosphere. Stylish ceramic tile, durable LVT, and comfortable carpet were also installed throughout the space.
On the exterior, we made notable improvements, including the addition of a car wash bay, a new asphalt parking lot coating, and a retention pond to enhance drainage and sustainability. Additionally, the project encompassed extensive site work and a full renovation of the shop area, resulting in a modern and efficient space that meets all needs.
